Everyone starts with the complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call. It’s a short, no-pressure conversation to talk through what you’ve been experiencing, answer your questions, and make sure this approach is the right fit for you. No referral required!

Every visit is virtual, so you can be seen from anywhere in Ontario. Pricing for each visit type is listed on the services page, and you can read more about the symptoms we help with on what we treat.
